Hi Ali Parker here, I became Manager on the 29th May 2006. I come from a very a strong business background and have worked from the very junior position all the way up to Director at Board Level.

I have brought many attributes to the Company as well as the business experience, I have talents in other areas, strong team Leader and motivator, eventing experience, ability to think quick on my feet and of course ‘bend in the wind’ to deal with most situations as they arise. My eventing experience consists of 'behind the scenes' work in many high profile films and TV series.

I am a generally easy going person, who enjoys yoga, cycling, hill walking and spending time with my Family. I am totally committed to Moray Anchor Projects and look forward to continuing and maintaining the success of the service.

Hi I’m Tracey Campbell I started as Administrator in July '06 and I am really enjoying working for the company. 

With working in the office I'm kept really busy, but I still manage to pop into Step Forward and Horizons for the odd coffee and chat.  I really enjoy working as part of such a good team, all the staff from each of the services get on really well and it's like being part of a big family.

I am really easy going and live in Lossiemouth with my husband and my two children.
