You must live in Moray.

You must be at least 16 years old.

You must be experiencing or recovering from mental health problems or distress. (You do not need a formal diagnosis)

You must be in need of social support - but not requiring regular one to one support

You must not be acutely ill.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer the service to people who have severe learning disabilities, or who are suffering from dementia.

You can self-refer to our service. However, we require, on the membership form, the signature of a medical professional such as a G.P. to confirm you are within the membership criteria.
You can drop-in at any time for a look around, with or without prior appointment.
